Account/Project Manager
Job Brief:
Kaptiv8 is seeking a skilled, creative, and passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the success of our valuable clients. This person will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers. They will be the crucial conduit between the client and our creative team, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. They must possess strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and the ability to asses work on merits of quality, creativity, and accuracy. This is not a design position.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of work according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop solid relationships with our design team in order to best relay project requirements and client preferences
- Carefully and creatively assess the work submitted by the design team to ensure that it matches/surpasses the clients’ expectations
Requirements:
- Proven account/project management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well remotely
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying very strict attention to detail
- Ability to ensure that deadlines are met
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent

Hiring Terms:
- Part-time / contract to start, with opportunity for full-time depending on performance
- Compensation dependent on experience
