When we first met, Cable East was already a telecom leader with over 180 employees, tackling jobs of all sizes in multiple states. Throughout their remarkable growth that began in 1992, they’d hardly had a chance to take a breath, much less focus on their brand. Though the foundation was set – grounded by their three core values: Safety, Integrity, and Commitment – their brand was lacking consistency and a clear sense of vision.

We worked closely with them to help understand and communicate their brand, beginning with messaging. This led us towards a simple, yet memorable tagline: Connecting Communities. The message speaks to the results of their actions – linking communities together through the cable infrastructure they build – and to their steadfast commitment to connect with and give back to the communities they serve. Presenting this concept through graphics and imagery helped relay the idea.

From there, we took the reins to enhance and standardize their visual identity, and compile it alongside the brand messaging we created for them into robust and comprehensive Brand Guidelines.

To round things out, new trade show banners, a clear and concise Vision Booklet, and a brand new website helped Cable East make a splash and connect with partners and customers.
