Kaptiv8 is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead our team through its next phase of growth.
This role will serve to provide vision and guidance for our Branding & Marketing teams by strengthening and enhancing our existing service offerings, while further expanding our capabilities to meet the needs of a broader client base. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on customized marketing strategies to serve and support the needs of our clientele.
This role will also be responsible for contributing to our aggressive regional growth strategy by developing and leading our internal sales and marketing initiatives and by participating in sales presentations to corporate prospects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all available media channels
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a support team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for our clients, including media buying and placement, as well as for our internal efforts
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and monitor competitor activities
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, broadcast, and traditional advertising
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Staying Current: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing performance to senior management
- Internal Sales: Work to develop and implement sales strategies that will attract new business from our ideal client profile
