Kaptiv8 is seeking a dynamic and versatile Graphic Designer to support our branding, marketing and website projects. This position is a mix of production and design, so the right candidate will be able to work on projects in multiple areas at once.
Primary duties consist of working closely with our Branding team to develop and present unique logo concepts, producing & packaging logo files and developing Brand Standards guides based on an existing template structure, designing business cards and other print materials, creating presentations, formatting images for print & web, and loading & formatting content & images within WordPress.
Another key role of this position is working directly with our Marketing Manager to support our marketing clients through design of printed collateral, so strength in layout design is a must. This position will also assist in social media content creation as needed, especially building out social assets for brands we develop. This may incorporate a mix of typography, photography, original & sourced graphics, video, and animation. There is also an opportunity to work on designs showcasing our work to share across our internal Kaptiv8 channels.
All applicants must exhibit strong communication skills, flawless production skills, and an understanding of how to apply and extend brand standards. Attention to detail is a must. Candidates must also be willing to learn new skills and exhibit flexibility when it comes to requests outside of their experience or comfort zone, and must also be able to multitask while meeting strict publication deadlines.
