Description:
The Social Media Video Intern will work closely with the Brand Strategist and Social Media Manager to design, storyboard, and capture social media video content for Kaptiv8’s social media accounts. The role will involve staying on top of trends emerging in social media and across other agencies.
The ideal candidate:
- Is skilled in video content creation and able to work seamlessly across different social media content platforms
- Is self motivated, creative, and enthusiastic about social media
- Is majoring in digital media, journalism, marketing, or something related
- Understands the importance of adhering to brand standards
- Can follow storyboarding direction and appreciates feedback
- Enjoys, uses, and understands social media platforms and best practices
- Has experience engaging with followers
- Can create engaging reels
Qualifications:
- Software Skills:
- CapCut
- Canva
- TikTok
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail
- Organization
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Timeliness and ability to stick to deadlines and follow content calendars

- Sprout Social experience
- Monday.com project management

Compensation:
This internship will be compensated at a rate of $12/hour.
